Quote requests and drawings
When you send a request, we receive your contact details, your technical information and your files. We use them to review the part, prepare a quotation and reply to you. The files are stored in a private Google Drive folder belonging to MJM, without a public link. Only MJM has access.
Job applications
Applications sent by email or through the website are used for recruitment only. If unsuccessful, they are deleted no later than 12 months after the end of the recruitment process.
Retention period
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted no later than 24 months after the last exchange. Customer data is kept for the legal retention period for business records.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Cloudflare (USA). The forms are processed with Gmail and Google Drive (Google). These providers may process data outside the European Union.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. Write to us at mjmdecolletage@gmail.com. You can also contact the data protection authority in your country; in Tunisia, the Instance nationale de protection des données personnelles (INPDP).
